Gimena earned her B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Burgos in 2020, where she developed a strong foundation in synthetic and analytical chemistry. She then pursued a Master’s degree in Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Cádiz, expanding her expertise in molecular design and characterization. In 2022, she began her doctoral studies in Dr. Edgar Ventosa’s ProElectro Group, focusing on the development of next-generation technologies to increase the energy density of redox-mediated flow batteries.
